The delivery time is generally 5-8 days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or due to customs or import duties.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Splendidpetoasis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to process depending on your payment provider.
Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
